We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return Window

After receiving return approval, you must ship the item back within 5 days. Late returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued via the original method of payment or an approved alternative.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace the item at no cost to you or provide a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale or clearance products

• Items damaged due to misuse or wear

• Custom or special-order items
